North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) has a large constituency, comprised of both public and government entities. Watermark restructured and designed the organization’s website in order to display information in a logical hierarchy with a simplified navigation.
(In partnership with Sigler Communications) We took a “mobile-first” approach to redefining the site structure of the NTMWD website since a large percentage of customers and technicians out in the field access the site via mobile devices. The redesigned site received an Omni Award for web design in Fall 2016. The “facelift” that was given to the website was then carried over to additional print and digital materials, including educational infographics and social media outreach.
